Clay modeling is a handicraft students work on every year. A Manual of Clay Modelling has a list of 60 models. The projects in this book move from simple to complex, so it is strongly recommended that students begin with Level 1. Students should apply clay modeling skills in subjects like geography and Shakespeare.
Students are an important part of the IEP team, but sometimes it can be difficult to determine how to include your special education students in the IEP process. Regardless of your student’s age they can participate in some part of the IEP meeting, whether that’s working together to determine their academic strengths, develop IEP goals, give feedback on their accommodations or modifications. Here are different ways to include your elementary, middle or secondary students as part of the IEP team

If your students struggle with limited semantics skills I suggest teaching Context clues and the Inference Context Clue is one of the more difficult ones to teach.
