Working on your fitness does not depend on how much skin you feel comfortable showing or how much weight you’re lifting, and you do not need to keep up with anyone but yourself. You have to make sure you are comfortable, so you can be mentally prepared to get uncomfortable to reach your goals. And the best way you can do this is NOT worry about what other people think. Keep grinding and committing to yourself ⚡️
