A good workout idea for those who hate to look at calendars! First...Start with picking a mirror that you look at yourself every day in. Whether it's a bathroom, or in your bedroom...To me it helps when you put something bright and annoying to make you look!..Start with 30 sticky notes...(you can get more creative if you want!)...Make two categories of Days Completed and Days Left! Each day completed you move your sticky. Before you know it 30days is done and you can do it all over again!
