We took a modern/rustic approach to the design of this house with timeless deep rich color palettes and natural textural contrast. We wanted the exterior to reflect the newly renovated interior so we opened up the entry with this exposed wood awning and open pane glass door along with these beautiful windows. We also removed the tree to help expose the house and allow more natural light in.
Amazing! We added elements to this house to make sure that it stands out among the others on the block! We embraced the versatile love of farm, traditional and even modern and fused them together to create this aesthetic. We kept the door original as it contrasted well against the color palette. We used Onyx by Benjamin Moore on your garage for depth. The client was contemplating a metal roof, so we wanted to show one here.
