Today I'm excited to share with you some work I did for the lovely people at Shetland Wool Week. As the name suggests, Shetland Wool Week is a week long event that celebrates the Shetland wool, textile and farming industries. It takes place once a year, during the Autumn and the organisers approache

The Shetland Wool Week patron for 2020 has been named today as Shetland knitwear designer, Wilma Malcolmson, who is internationally renowned for her skilfully blended Fair Isle knitwear. The much-anticipated annual hat pattern, which is now synonymous with the launch of the patron has also been released. This year’s official hat, designed by Wilma, is called ‘Katie’s Kep’.

Sadly Shetland Wool Week has been cancelled but we’re so happy the Annual will be published as usual and we have ordered copies, due to arrive October/November.
