Make this diy scepter for under 3 dollars. Use a big foam Christmas ornament (mines from my local Dollar tree). Use a 1/2 in. wooden dowel (Walmart for $.97) mine is about 20in. But it depends on how long you want your scepter. Take off the top of your ornament then drill a hole that gets bigger as you go out. Next put some hot glue in the hole then the stick then put more hot glue in. Then let dry for a few hours. Tie ribbon around it. *don't erase directions please/thank you!!! Have fun!!!!
