Check out the salad bar at Lambert's in Westwood, Mass. It is definitely one of the best in New England -- about 15 ft . long and containing about 300 items (including salad dressings). The salad bar staff arrives daily at 5 a.m. to prepare the fruits, veggies and other items, and by the day’s end about 1,000 lbs. of food have been sold, according to Lambert's co-owner Nino Lambert.
