Alfredo Linguini (voiced by Lou Romano) is the deuteragonist of Jaden cooks Ratatouille, and is Remy's human partner. Linguini can't cook, but with Remy's help, they found a way for them to cook together. Remy hid under his hat and pulled on his hair like a puppet, while Linguini did the cooking outside.

This week, we are immersing ourselves in the Walt Disney film, Ratatouille with our very own Ratatouille Themed Dinner! The film celebrates French cuisine and the love of cooking as told by Remy, a rat who faces the daily challenges of tiny varmint in a big city. Remy crafts incredible dishes in the movie, so I set out to recreate some of that magic in my own kitchen with recipes inspired by the film.
