It's been a long time since I'm thinking to post the recipes of food that I feed DD. Being a first time mom, I was at a very great dilemma of what to feed and what not to feed, advises pouring in from all sides. ✨Recipe : 

1. Mix 2 tbsp of plain ragi flour / finger millet flour in 200 ml of water. Heat this mixture on medium flame for 3 to 5 minutes untill it thicken & ragi is well cooked. 

2. Take off the heat & add another 100 ml of water to this and let it sit over night for fermentation. This is where the magic of healthy bacteria production happens. 

3. Next morning add 100 ml of curd / butter milk along with salt. The pro biotic powerhouse is ready. 

✨ Best time to consume : 

Can be consume any time of the day, best when consume in the morning before breakfast.
