Puri in air fryer

Air-fryer setup: 
200 degree Celsius
5-6 minutes or less as the air-fryer heats up.

# You can make normal puri, i added spinach while making the dough ( so the color is green)

Ingredients:
1. Wheat flour
2. Water or SPINACH IN MIXTURE
.
How to make it? 
1. Add flour to a bowl 
2. Add spinach mixture or normal water
3. You can also use lukewarm warm water and add some ghee if you want to
4. After dough is ready let it sit for a while
5. Make rotisserie chicken as usual
6. Boil water in a pan 
⚠️ make sure you are putting the roti in boiling water and not in hot water
☀️ the roti will float 
☀️ take out the roti and put in the air-fryer

I thinks it is good for people wo wants to eat puris bt avoiding oily food.. obviously it won’t taste same as fried ones but it tasted good anyway. However, this hack is good for making 3-4 puris only as it is time consuming. Rest depends on your air fryer size. Couple days back, i saw some viral reels of Non-Fry puri made in Air fryer,So i thought why dont we give it a try in OTG.

It wasn't a 100% perfect Puri but I bet you the crispness of Non-fry Puri made in the OTG,will long-last upto the last bite💥
💥Ingredients needed for the Recipe-
👉Water - 1/3 cup
👉Ragi flour-1/2 cup
👉Wheat flour-1/4 cup
👉Salt-1 tspn
👉Some wheat flour for dusting

👉Start with Boiling water in any utensil,Once boiled well switch of the gas,
👉Next step is to add salt,Ragi flour & wheat flour,
