Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs Pyramid is a model in psychology proposed by Abraham Maslow in 1943. It illustrates five levels of human needs, from basic physiological needs at the base to self-actualization at the top. The theory suggests that lower-level needs must be satisfied before higher ones can be addressed.
