1. using a water based lubricant (@goodcleanlove used here), apply a generous amount to the tip of the wand (this wand is by @intimaterose 🌹)
2. Gently insert into the vag and apply a light amount of pressure for 60 seconds. Depending on the tissue, it may feel like a gentle stretch. If it is very tender, reduce pressure or stop. If you are having an awkward time reaching the tissue, place one foot on a step stool or chair to elevate leg 🪑 if you are currently pregnant, perineal stretching can be initiated 8-10 weeks prior to your due date.
