Ingredients: 1 cup Almond Flour 1/4 cup Coconut Flour 1 tsp Baking Soda 1/2 tsp Sea Salt 1 tsp Cinnamon 1 tbsp Chia Seeds 1 Banana (mashed) 1 tbsp Coconut Oil (melted) 3 Eggs 1/4 cup Pure Maple Syrup 2 Carrots (grated) Directions: Preheat oven to 350º. Combine wet ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well. Then add dry ingredients and stir. Add mix to muffin tins. Bake for 30 minutes or until cooked through.
