Aishwarya sonvane on Instagram: "Famous Gujrati tea time snack methi muthiyas  Methi na muthiya   ✅save the recipe   ✅Recipe details : Wash and chop bunch of methi leaves  In a bowl add  1/2 cup wheat flour  1/2 cup besan/chickpea flour 1 tsp turmeric powder  1 tbsp red chilli powder  1 big spoon of ginger-green chilli paste  1 tbsp of oil  1 tbsp lemon juice  Salt as per taste 1 tbsp of sugar  1 tsp of ajwain  Mix everything together  And add chopped methi leaves  Now add water little by little to knead a tight dough(I used 2 tbsp of water) Now grease your both hands with oil and make small muthiyas out of it Now steam these muthiyas in a steamer for 20 minutes on low to medium heat  Now make a tadka , In a pan add 1/2 tbsp of oil in that add 1/2 tbsp mustard seeds and 1 tbsp of sesame se Healthy Snacks, Indian Snacks, Snacks, Teatime Snacks, Chilli Paste, Chilli Powder, Methi Recipes, Chickpea Flour, Veg Recipes
