  • 1/8 cup Red chilis, dried
  • 1/4 Red onion
  • 2 Scallions, whole
  • 2 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 1/2 tbsp Mirin
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce

  • 2 tbsp Potato starch
  • 1 tsp Salt
