Get to know the world’s largest living lizard! On Indonesia’s Lesser Sunda Islands, the Komodo dragon is king. These remarkable predators live up to their legend, eating any and all other animals (wild boar, deer, snakes, birds, goats, even smaller dragons!) that share their tropical domain. No, I'm not actually touching the dragon. This guy is 10 feet long and I'm an additonal 20 feet behind him. If you know anything about them, they can kill you in different ways: shark-like teeth and strong claws for shredding and a venomous tongue. Thankfully, they only eat every 30 days and this guy had a large deer a couple of days before we arrived. So.... photography trickery at its best. #GoSeeDoBe #SelfishMeTravel #travelexpert #Indonesia #KomodoIsland 🎥 and 📸 by me: @danilew1
