There are 2 worksheets (K4-1 & 2-5th)...I do this activity with students who have a challenging time controlling their impulses in a positive and healthy way. We read the book, "Pause Power" and then we do the worksheet together. One worksheet already as the strategies/calming tools on them and the other one is blank which is for the older grades to have to come up with their own ideas.
