200ml water
1 tsp agar agar (veg gelatine)
Sweetener and flavouring of your choice
Gel colour of choice (optional)

Method:
Boil the water and agar agar.

Add sweetener and flavouring of your choice.

Once dissolved, pour on mat and rest for 5-10 minutes before chopping it.

Now you have crushed ice and crystals. To tint it, you can add any gel colour if your choice (optional)
