Allow the water to steep for at least 15 minutes and ideally longer. You can even leave it steeping in the fridge overnight if you wish. Strain the ginger out of the water when you’re ready to drink it, add the lemon juice and raw honey. Tips: As an alternative to grating the ginger, try chopping it into a few small pieces and squeezing them in a garlic press—it will act like a mini juicer.
