Desert dragon

"Ancient texts tell us of the battles between man and dragon. How one side was destined to destroy the other. Now only a few remain, but they remember just as well as we do." I've never really done creature design before so this was a new challenge for me. It was also a fun project to experiment with Oculus Medium, which I think might become my new base 3D program. Sculpting things in VR is super intuitive and fun.

*Can also cast Cleric Spells and those from the Earth, Destruction, and Storm domains as Arcane Spells. Sand Dragons dig out elaborate tunnels and grand chambers deep below the surface of the ground. These chambers can be up to a mile down and consist primarily of fused sand. The sand dragon's hoard is uniquely stored as well, being fused to the sealing and being made up of primarily gems that glow and sparkle in the caverns. Here's a piece that I did during my period at Cinemotion on the new Dragonheart movie. I had the privilege to work there with great professionals and people. This was used as background painting in the movie. It's one of the seven dragons from the storyline.
