We have deer behind our house. He loves to feed and watch them. We really enjoy the wildlife, even though we live in the city.

You have to make sure that your deer hunting area has deer but you also need to find areas that have fewer hunters. If you know of a remote deer hunting spot with plenty of deer then that is where you need to go. But in case you don't you need to look for a area that is not as heavily hunted as other areas that you know about. You may have to walk a little further than the other deer hunters but if you go to the extra effort you just may be rewarded with a big buck.

The smaller deer (in front) seemed very nervous by my presence, alternating between a frozen staring position to turning away and pacing a few steps--then starting over. The larger deer (doe) approached and rubbed against the yearling, then licked its face, and finally...this pose. They both lingered like this, then returned to rooting in the snow, and ignoring me.
