A handspinner who is passionate about spinning cotton shares two methods for ginning cotton by hand.

Natural Fiber: Flax, one of the strongest vegetables fibres, flax was also one of the fisrt to be harvested , spun and woven into textiles. P.S. "Linen is made from flax, a traditional fibre crop which needs few chemical fertilisers, and less pesticide than cotton."
