woodlark®  •  ashley on Instagram: "clay flower frogs 🌼 one last summer project— have been seeing these clay flower frogs making their rounds the past few months and I’m excited to get around to trying them out. This particular design was inspired by ones that @bylaurenmcdermott made (thank you!) You all know how I love finding ways to reuse these glass yogurt jars so that’s how I sized them. These can be used to hold cut flowers or to propagate plants and I sealed mine with a waterproof varnish.

Materials:
glass jar, air dry clay, waterproof sealant

Instructions:
- Roll clay out
- Cut out a circle and use water to smooth out the edges
- Create the scalloped edge and smooth 
- Cut out the holes— I used a metal straw
- Let dry completely
- Seal with a waterproof glaze/varnish
