Cheese pies

These mini cheese pies take me straight back to childhood! Honestly, if there’s a more comforting mouthful than cheese and warm, crisp pastry, I’m yet to try it... Alongside my sister, I would ‘help’ my mom make them (I’m not sure how much help I was!) and this would allow me first-dibs on a hot, fresh bite of cheese pastry, straight from the oven! Try these out and I reckon you’ll need a cushion in-front of your oven, too!
