When I use chia seeds every morning in my green tea,I wait 20 minutes to let them absorb the water, what I didn't  know IS when people add them to their foods raw when they digest them the chia seeds THEN take the liquid from your body and absorb it..so that's why it's  so important to let them absorb the water before it absorbs water in you,save that water (right?)
