Ok so it’s not really “birthday cake”, more of a Rocky Road type of affair but it’s a very tasty one! The additions combine together very well mixing crunchy biscuit and sprinkles with chewy mallows, all enhanced with Dairy Milk. It’s a fun bar for sure, and I loved the addition of the chewy marshmallows. Combined with the biscuit they give some nice textural variations. I do think this combination would have been better suited to white chocolate though!
