TINY HOME, 1990 Holiday Rambler Alumalite XL, Weight empty 5100 lbs. GVWR 7100 lbs. (Trailer plus cargo), 29 ft long bumper pull. This camper has been completely renovated, remodeled and updated. Road ready. Modern farmhouse style. All decor is included. Everything works as it should. No leaks. Roof has been seal coated. Custom painted inside and out. New Carlisle 10 ply tires. All lights work. Brakes and wheel bearings are good. Sleeps 4 or 6 if you put a mattress down in the dining area.
