~By the Bed~
My love of French baskets continues and I knew I just had to bring this large one from Chris at Uber Chic home with me. I wasn't really sure where I was going to put it at first, but it didn't take long for it to find it's home. I've had many different things at the end of my bed over the years, but this might be my favorite and it will be perfect for holding extra pillows and blankets especially when the weather turns chilly. Enjoy! xoxo K. Another great purchase was this pillow made from a…
Painting the town....green?

Ready for another Dreamy Dwelling Home Tour!?! When I was living in my sweet rancher, up to just a couple months ago, the English Cottage from The Holiday totally had me smitten, although I think my taste is slightly less frilly and cluttered than a traditional cottage. I still love it, but now that my …

Old iron bed...
Years ago my mother-in-law gave us this old iron bed. It was an ugly pinkish beige, but from the start I loved the design. Fifteen or so years ago we painted it white, and it's been used in the spare room ever since. {The grandkids call it their room, and begrudgingly let us use it for guests.} We've had our good friends from Missouri here visiting for several days. Today they had to go home. As I laundered the sheets and remade the bed, I was reminded how much I love this old bed. I'm a bit…
