Ok so this is definitely the last post for my challenge  . It appears the biggest problem for people is they believe they don't have enough strength or their arms are too short! Neither of which would impact doing a successful peacock pose btw! So listen up......... .  TRex arms? OK so I'm calling this DAY 0 ahead of my #CatsHandstandSeries course. It was going to be day 1 however it was almost impossible to develop a post that you guys could post on. So I thought I'd use it as a preview so you can start practicing a little early. . There were 2 things that were complete game changers for me when learning to handstand and they were shoulder protraction and hand posture. . Very rarely you hear anyone focus on proper hand posture.
