Christmas In July
Last July I became obsessed with knitting with every colour of the rainbow! I started with a simple striped cardigan for myself (which later became my Lifesavers Sweater pattern) but because I still hadn’t gotten the colour-bug out of my system I also cast on an unapologetically bright and cheerful stranded yoke pullover. The design process was thrilling, I just made it up as I went, adding in new colours however I pleased! The resulting sweater makes me smile every time I look at it.

Sleeves and body are worked in the round from the bottom up. They are joined together to work the yoke and neckline in the round. Some knitters may find that they need a different needle size to achieve gauge in stranded colorwork. A larger needle size (Size C) is recommended in this case, as most knitters find their stranded colorwork knitting tighter than plain Stockinette stitch.
