White Chocolate Panna Cotta : 1dl milk, 3dl cream, 1tsp vanilla extract, 2 gelatin sheets, 100g white chocolate. Combine vanilla, milk, and cream in pot. Bring to boil, then let sit to extract flavours. Soak gelatin 5min. Chop chocolate, put in bowl. Reheat dairy mix, squeeze water out of gelatin and add to dairy mix, stir until dissolved. Pour mixture through strainer onto chocolate, stir until chocolate dissolved. Pour mixture into 4 glasses, cool until firm.
Sour Cream based Porridge : 6dl "seter" sour cream, 2 1/2dl flour, 6dl milk, 1tsp salt. Boil sour cream under lid 2-3 minutes. Add half of flour, boil while stirring until butter comes out (this takes a while). Remove butter, keep it warm. Add rest of flour, then add warm milk a little at a time. Stir until porridge is smooth. Let porridge boil for about 5 minutes, and add salt to taste.
