the red background can be taken to signify either  love or aggression, and i think the bold contrast really helps all of the elements to play off of each other well.

The poster comments on the subject (racism) in a non-direct way, trying to invoke the reader visually into the inevitable conclusion. It has multiple reads, that provoke critical thinking and raise awareness on the subject and its results globally.

very creative. This is a good interpretation of "painting the town red". I love how they too the bristles and made them into a city figuere. This brush against the dark gray background really pops out and gives the image a nice night time feel. I also really like how they added a touch of the night sky above the city. It really helps give away what the artist is trying to say.

"Lets paint the town Red" I think this is another advertisement for a paint company. It seems paint companies have the coolest designs. The red paint really stand out and making the bristles the town was really creative.

This split image and type is design well because of the greyscale coloring. Target audience Design- overall the font selection was perfect because it is still readable. I like the white space on the right gives the illustration depth.
