Japanese Milk Bread

Japanese Milk Bread: Probably the best bread recipe I have ever used. If you want bread as soft and melt in your mouth delicious as in the store, this is the recipe for you :-D It is most definitely worth the wait and the effort! Check out Dieting Digest

Saucy asian meatballs. Made these into a frozen meal (I just froze them in the sauce). Thawed them out overnight in the fridge, and simmered them in the sauce. (I rinsed the freezer bag out with water to get the remaining sauce). They were flavourful, the sauce thickened nicely, and they froze well. Served with rice, it's a great quick meal.

These Saucy Asian Meatballs are super easy to make, and are a perfect appetizer, game day snack, or main course. You can use ground turkey instead. I used tamarin instead of soy sauce and served with brown rice for a main course. They were a success!

Classic Meatballs Recipe | SAVEUR

Classic Meatballs by Saveur. The key to making these meatballs is to brown them first in a skillet and then braise them in a sauce of red wine and tomatoes. Serve them with crusty bread or spaghetti to sop up the sauce.
