Two Norwegian Gestapo agents arrested by members of the resistance May 1945. Arne Braa Saaatvedt, in white jacket, was executed at Akershus castle, Oslo, in October the same year after being found guilty of torture and murder.

Oslo, May 8th 1945. News is spreading that the German forces in Norway have capitulated to the Allies.

February 2nd 1942. Østbanen (Oslo central railway station) dynamited by Osvaldgrupen (communist resistance) on the same day the German occupants appointed Vidkun Quisling "ministerpresident" of Norway.
