Fuzzy Shrimp - spicy dish from The Seychelles. Sautée some sliced onions with garlic. Add chopped tomatoes and jalapeño. Once everything has cooked down, add 1 can coconut milk, 1 tbsp turmeric, 2-3 tbsp Sambal, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 bunch chopped cilantro and juice of 2-3 limes. Stir until well incorporated. Add in 1 pound shelled and deveined shrimp and cook until shrimp are just done. Serve over rice.
