Wow a crowd with this graham cracker-crusted cheesecake, made with a rich duo of cream cheese and mascarpone in the filling. For an over-the-top finish, drizzle the cake with a warm mixture of chocolate-hazelnut spread and cream.
Soda Can Cupcakes. One box of cake mix and one can of soda - that's it! I used chocolate cake and Dr. Pepper and these are seriously the most moist and delicious cupcakes I have ever made. WW says use a can of diet soda . diet cream soda is yummy
Grilled Eggplant With Tomato And Feta Cheese -- this is incredible! I make with goat cheese/ricotta instead of feta. The basil garlic sauce is fantastic! I make extra and put it on some pasta which I put under the yummy eggplant sandwiches.
Plant Seedlings in a Citrus Peel: Use a lemon, orange or a grapefruit to start your seedlings. Plant the entire thing in the ground and the peels will compost directly into the soil to nourish the plants as they grow.
Another science fair idea: Make rainbow roses by splitting the stems into strands and placing each one in food coloring. The roses draw the food coloring into the petals.Hmmm not a bad idea for Amarah's Science Fair Project!
