This 30-minute workout, if done with INTENSITY (you’re working hard enough to breathe through your mouth) will torch 300 calories and leave you feeling confident and healthy.
Do each of these 6 exercises for one minute without rest in between. Repeat for a total of 3 sets. Rest no more than 2 minutes in between sets.Work out 3 days in a row, rest for one day, work out 2 more days, then rest one day. Repeat.
