It's a decorated gigantic cupcake. The bottom half of the cake is chocolate sponge, covered with a rich dark chocolate ganache and decorated all round with chocolate wafers. The top half has a chocolate chip sponge and is decorated with roses hand piped from chocolate butter cream icing and dotted with hand made dark chocolate leaves.

This is a vanilla sponge giant cupcake with vanilla buttercream and raspberry jam. The cake is covered with more than 160 handmade hydrangea blossoms and it all sits nicley on a fondant covered board with a scalloped edge and blue lace.
