Pesto-bonanza: pestokrutonger og kyllingsalat

PESTOKRUTONGER. ca 200 g godt brød, gjerne noen dager gammelt 2-4 ss pesto Skjær brødet i terninger og ha i en blandebolle. Tilsett pestoen og bland alt godt slik at alt brødet blir dekket av pesto. Fordel krutongene utover langpanne med bakepapir. Stek i ovnen på 175 grader i 15 til 20 minutter, til krutongene er gyldne og sprø. Avkjøl. Krutongene kan oppbevares i boks eller på glass i 1-2 uker. Bruk til salater og supper. Pestokrutongene i tomatsuppe er absolutt å anbefale. #cruton…
