"3/4 cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk, 15 ice cubes, 1/2 tsp. vanilla, 1-2 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa, 1/3 of a banana.  Blend and BLISSSSSS!!!"   NOTE- does not taste like wendy's frosty to me, BUT it's a good substitute when trying to eat healthier.
