Mojo de Ajo (Garlic Mojo or Liquid Gold) This stuff is AMAZING!! You need to make some and keep it in your fridge. It is great for dipping bread, and I have used it in place of other oils in dinners all this week. It really is a winner. It also keeps well for up to 3 months in the fridge.
Rick Bayless's Guacamole. The best guacamole recipe, hands down. I think the secret is on rinsing the onion. The recipe I have from one of his cookbooks does not include sun dried tomatoes, but that sounds pretty good.
