Norwegian meatballs- You can use cornstarch if you can't find potato flour. I usually mix 1lb. grd. pork and 1 pd. of lean grd. beef. I don't add any extra fat, brn. patties and put them in a dish as you cook each batch, I pour a little water over them and cover it. Put on a burner on low heat til all are cooked.Pour off liquid and use to make your gravy. I use my stand mixer and dough hook to blend the meat, add milk a little at a time.
