I forbindelse med at jeg ble kåret til Årets matblogger ble jeg mandag morgen invitert til God Morgen Norge og Wenches kjøkken. Wenche hadde funnet frem ulike rester fra kjøleskapet som vi skulle lage suppe av, og vi tok her utgangspunkt i denne suppeoppskriften fra TRINES MAT.

Chicken Avocado Salad Roll Ups Ingredients 2 cups shredded chicken 1 ripe avocado-mashed 3 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt  2 tablespoons lime juice 2 tablespoons finely diced red onion 2 green onion-sliced black pepper- to taste ¼ teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon garlic powder 1 ½ tablespoon fresh cilantro or parsley- chopped ½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese 6 Tortillas 10'' Combine all ingredients,Stir until evenly blended.  Spread the mixture over tortilla and and roll up tightly.
