Easy Recipe for Healthy Gluten-Free Low-Carb Chia Flax Crackers *I have never heard of raw coconut aminos but it sounds both late sciency and yummy.Im probably just gonna use gf tamari though, cuz Im lazy.

Chia-Flax Crackers 2cups ground flaxseed mill, 1 c. water 1/2 t. sea salt, 1/2 t. garlic powder, 1/2 t. onion powder. Combine all ingredients well.  Spreak evenly onto parchment paper lined baking sheet about 1/4 inch thick. Gently score dough so it snaps after it's baked. Bake 25 min @ 400 degrees.
