Viltgryte 500 g reinskav (evt. finnbiff) 200 g sopp (gjerne kantareller) 1 rødløk 1 ts fenikkelfrø 3 ss TINE Ekte Meierismør 3 dl TINE Matfløte 3 ss TINE Crème Fraîche Original 2 dl kraft (gjerne fra vilt) 1 ss Dijon sennep 1 ts salt Litt pepper 4 ss tyttebær 100 g bacon Surr reinskav, renset sopp, fennikel og skivet rødløk i smør. 2Ha i fløte, kraft, sennep og Crème Fraîche. Smak til med salt og pepper. Rør forsiktig inn tyttebærene. Sprøstek bacon i biter og vend det i.
Found in allrecipes under Sunday Gumbo .I used frozen cooked shrimp (because I had it), deleted the okra and made about half the recipe heavy on the red pepper. I added a bit more cayenne, perhaps. It was fabulous.
