Crustless Bacon and Spinach Quiche' Bacon, cooked & crumbled (18 slices); Onion, sauteed in bacon grease till tender (2 med); Add a bag of fresh spinach till tender; Add garlic powder, onion powder, & mineral salt In a bowl. 18 eggs scrambled; 2%, small curd cottage cheese (24 oz); 1 cup grated colby/jack cheese.
