250 gr bosbessen of blauwe bessen, 250 gr bloem, 2 theelepels bakpoeder, 50 gr boter, 1 ei, 3 eetlepels honing, 100 gr yoghurt, 100 gr zure room, poedersuiker  Was de bosbessen, droog ze, oven op 180 ºC. Meng het bakpoeder door de bloem. Smelt boter en laat afkoelen. Roer ei, honing, yoghurt en zure room. Voeg gesmolten boter toe. Zeef het meelmengsel erboven en roer dit er doorheen, samen met de bosbessen. Doe het deeg in de vormpjes. Bak 25-30 minuten
