Here’s the truth… I WAS fat at times. At other times, not so much. (There was no standard when it came to my weight. Welcome to the life of a binger.) The crazy thing was that no matter what the scale said, it couldn’t convince me that I didn’t look like a huge whale. In my mind, I was just as huge at 200 lbs as I was at 135 lbs.
And kept going!! Do this routine before every shower: 50 jumping jacks, 5 pushups, 20 crunches, 20 mountain climbers, and 30 second plank. I like the idea of doing it before every shower, then it is easier to become part of a routine workout
Did you know that your glutes are the biggest muscle in the body and that in order for muscle to grow resistance needs to be applied. Weighted glute bridges are a great exercise to add to your list of exercises and the trick is once you're up there squeeze your butt like like you squeeze lime wedges Here I have 135lbs but you don't have to go as heavy but you can add some resistance to this.
