𝐕𝐈𝐑𝐀𝐋 𝐃𝐎𝐍𝐔𝐓𝐒 𝐈𝐍 𝐀 𝐁𝐀𝐆! 🍩 These Sufganiyot, or Hanukkah jelly donuts, are super easy!🙌 For when you don’t want to get your mixer, hands or even a bowl dirty. Just pull out a trusty zip-top bag, mix it all together, and toss when done!😍 So good they’ll be gone in less time than it took you to make them! Save this recipe 🙌 INGREDIENTS 1 packet dry active yeast 3 cups all-purpose flour 1 egg 3 tbsp sugar 1 cup warm water 1½ tbsp oil + more for frying ½ tsp salt 1 tbsp brandy or cognac zest of 1 lemon 2 cups of strawberry jelly PREP In a gallon-sized plastic bag, add yeast, warm water, sugar, brandy, lemon zest, oil, egg and flour.
