On time and work I had a brief and interesting chat with @james_and_tilla_waters on Twitter last week. James and Tilla are established UK ceramicists with a wonderful archive of work. I asked Tilla how she felt looking back on work she had made eight years previously and she wrote a really honest piece about it.
